Improvement in QoS is need by Broadband Operators – PTA | InfoZonePK

As we know there are now many Broadband Operators in Pakistan but still there is a question for Quality of Service and operators are failed to provide satisfactory internet services in cities.

A  survey conducted by PTA of all Wireless and Wired broadband operators in which they had to maintain 60 percent of service retainability in the region of 100 percent service availability.

None of the broadband operator could cross the service retainablity up to 60 percent, which shows that it is a big flaw and it need to be improved much more in this regard along with the competition on tarrif.

It i must for the broadband operators to provide ensured blanket coverage in the service are particularly the quality and retainablity along with growth, otherwise, the high price-war will affect on service quality significantly and customers will have poor internet at cheap rates.
