PTCL has revamped its Voice Mail Service (VMS) by adding bundle of new features for the convenience of PTCL subscribers so that they don’t miss a call or message from their dear ones.
The new features are voice mail, fax to mail, voice to email, Kehdo SMS, remote login, missed call alert service and remote access.
The voice mail is accessible 24 hours even if the power ends and answering machine stops working. The voice mail is 24 hours even if the power ends and answering machine stops working. The voice message can be listened to by dialing 1277. The message can also be received in the form of image (through fax) and .waw file attachment in their email if the customer has already subscribed to fax-to-email service.
