PTCL is working on its One Stop Shop to maximize the customer’s experience.
A new One Stop Shop has been inaugurated by SEVP Commercial, Naveed Saeed in Clifton – Karachi. This is the part of their new “Customer First” campaign, with focuses on building an enhanced customer care experience.
Currently PTCL has about 191 One Stop Shops in the entire country that are serving PTCL’s customers for almost every service that PTCL provides.
