Mobilink has hired Shoaib Mustafa of Telenor in its PR department. Mr Shoaib was 
working for Telenor for last 5 years taking care of public relations. Now Mobilink has hired him where he will work under Manager Corporate Communication – Hussain Talib.
With Shoaib exploring his career out of company, Telenor appears to have lost control over HR. During 2012, many of its seasoned employees have left Telenor over clashes with senior management. A group of marketing team has already joined Zong in recent months.
Telenor has been looking for a competent PR and Communicaion Head ever since Anjum Rehman left the company back in January 2012 but the hunt has resulted in losing another old team member.
Position in the PR department of Mobilink had been lying vacant after Hyder Bilgrami jumped out of the ship to find a job in a tobacco company.
