After Ufone, Mobilink and Warid now Telenor has introduced its latest Value Added 
Service by announcing Gmail SMS Chat service through which anyone can text to any Telenor number from Gmail Chat and the receive can reply back without any delay.
This service is applicable to all price plans, user can send consecutive 0 SMS at the maximum Quota of 50 SMS will be renewed as soon as user receives a reply from Telenor user.
How to SMS from Gmail Chat?
Open your Gmail Chat window, type in the number you want to sms and start chatting.
How to Activate Gmail SMS Chat?
For those users who might have disabled ‘SMS in Chat’ option can activate their Gmail settings through simple steps:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Labs
- Enable SMS in Chat as shown in image below:
Charges:
The Gmail to SMS will be free of cost but the receiver will be charged Rs. 1.5 + tax on sending the SMS back

- To stop receiving messages from Gmail, type ‘STOP’ and send it to 5200
