Mobilink has introduced Pakistan’s first voice enabled social media service for its
customers by the name of ‘Mobilink Bolay Facebook’.
Mobilink subscribers will have to register with the ‘Mobilink Bolay Facebook’ app via apps.facebook.com/bolaymobilink/. This unique service allows Mobilink customers to post a message or update a status on their Facebook wall as an audio file, without using an internet connection. This is the first time in Pakistan that updates on any social media network have been enabled via a voice service.

How to register with the ‘Mobilink Bolay Facebook’ app?
- Go to apps.facebook.com/bolaymobilink/
- Click on Go To App
- Click on “Allow” To let Mobilink Bolay Facebook Application access posts in your News Feeds
- Select your Mobile Prefix e.g. 0300,0301,0302,0303,0304,0305,0306,0307,0308,0309 and enter your Mobile number e.g. 1234567
- Confirmation code is sent to the mobile number for security
- Enter the code received via SMS in the panel to complete the process of registration
- Once the correct code is entered, successful registration SMS will be sent to the subscriber number
- Mobilink Bolay Facebook will be added to the Facebook page under the ‘Apps’ toolbar
- Once the phone is linked with the app, user can dial 3848 to upload voice status
How to Un-subscribe?
- To Un-subscribe the service there are 2 options.
- Go to the application from Facebook, on the left side of the Facebook page, there is an App bar. Click on App Center, a new page would open, choose Mobilink Bolay app from the list and click on “Remove”
- Unsubscribe via IVR i.e. dial 3848 and press 0 , once unsubscribed customer will not be charged for daily subscription

- Subscription charges: Rs. 0.50+t/day
- IVR charges: Rs. 0.20+t/minute
- Postpaid
- IVR charges: Rs. 3+t/minute
