How to Subscribe:

To activate your Doosra Number on your existing SIM:

  • SMS SUB to 4600 from you ZonG Number
  • Dial 4600 from your ZonG Number

Once you subscribe to the service the system will randomly select a number from Doosra Number inventory. A confirmation SMS will be sent on your Number.

How to Un-Subscribe:
    Send SMS Unsub to 4600 for Un-subscription from Doosra Number
    Dial IVR 4600 for Un-subscription.

How to use Doosra Number:
To make call OR SMS from your Doosra number to any other number, simply dial 46 before the desired number.

Normal Number: 0311-XXXX456 Doosra Number: 0312-YYYY456

How to call from Doosra Number:
If you want to make a call from your assigned Doosra Number( 0312-YYYY456)to any normal number (0311-XXXX456) then dial 46 before the normal number (e.g. 460311-XXXX456). Receiving Party CLI will show your assigned Doosra number (0312-YYYY456) on its screen.

How to send SMS from Doosra Number:
If you want to send an SMS from your assigned Doosra Number (0312-YYYY456) to any normal number (0311-XXXX456) then type your message and add prefix “46” before the normal number (460311-XXXX456).Receiving Party will receive SMS from your assigned Doosra number (0312-YYYY456).
For incoming calls and SMS on Doosra Number:

For all incoming calls and SMS user will receive it with prefix 46 and then the normal number.

If any Normal number (0311-XXXX456) makes a call or SMS on your Doosra Number (0312-YYYY456), Doosra number will receive call/SMS with Prefix 46 (460311-XXXX456) on his Doosra number.

Charges for Prepaid Customer:
    Primary number calls and SMS will be charged as per customer’s tariff plan
    Doosra Number call will be charged Rs.1.60+tax/minute
    Doosra Number SMS will be charged Rs. 0.50 +tax/SMS
    Subscription charges – Re.1.00+tax/Day
    4600 IVR will be charged Rs.0.20+tax/minute
    SMS to 4612 will be charged Rs.0.20+ tax/SMS

Charges for Postpaid Customer:
    Primary number calls and SMS will be charged as per customer’s tariff plan
    Doosra Number call will be charged Rs.1.60+tax/minute
    Doosra Number SMS will be charged Rs. 0.50 +tax/SMS
    Subscription charges – Rs.30.00+tax/month
    4600 IVR will be charged Rs.0.20+tax/minute
    SMS to 4612 will be charged Rs.0.20+ tax/SMS

Terms & Conditions:

  • ZonG prepaid and postpaid customer can avail Doosra Number service.
  • Users can get a Doosra number through an SMS/IVR
  • Only one Doosra number can be mapped against one primary number.
  •  Balance transfer is not possible through Doosra number, as it will only be used for CLI purpose.
  • Users can’t avail SMS and voice buckets on Doosra Number.
  • Users having SMS buckets will be charged Rs.0.50/SMS for each sms they will send to Doosra Number.
  • Users cannot port-out their Doosra number.
  • Doosra number will remain active for all subscribers for a minimum of 6 months* regardless of no use. For active subscribers it will remain indefinitely.
  • If user has voice & SMS bucket & he makes call or send SMS from Doosra Number then customer will be charged as per Doosra number charges.
  • Other VAS services cannot be used through Doosra Number.
  • Doosra Number will be provided to customers from a specific reserved inventory. It will be allotted to subscriber randomly hence subscribers cannot book their own MSISDN’s.
  • Billing will be done on Primary number only.
  • International calls & SMS from Doosra number will not be allowed.
  • Doosra Number will be assigned against the primary number.
  • Assigned MSISDNs will not be available for anyone else.
  • Since Doosra number will be attached with active primary number hence customer’s record will also be available in system. Customer’s CNIC or Passport Number is not required for the activation. Customer does not need to visit any ZonG service centre or franchise to obtain the DN.
  • ZonG may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Customer shall be informed through an SMS or any other manner in accordance with the relevant laws that these Terms and Conditions are amended.
  • Doosra Number shall remain subject to existence of PTA permission.

 * 6 months life cycle period can be changed.
