The leading Pakistani food ordering powerhouse EatOye (www.eatoye.pk ) announces that it has been acquired by foodpanda (www.foodpanda.com).

EatOye offers the fastest way to order a food delivery or reserve a table. With 682% growth in orders in 2014 it is amongst the fastest growing online food ordering companies globally. EatOye is awarded the Pasha ICT Award for the best IT Company in Hospitality Industry in Pakistan and also amongst the best IT companies in hospitality in Asia Pacific region.  The company has in access of 1,000 restaurants across 15 different cities in Pakistan and processes over 30,000 transactions per month in the PKR 15 billion food market.

Together with foodpanda.pk, the two brands will offer the most convenient way to order food in over 15 Pakistani cities.

“Pakistan is a huge market with a population of 200 Million; the goal is to grow both the foodpanda and EatOye brands. Both the companies will have their own management and teams, However there will be a stronger strategic alliance between both managements”. One of the senior officials at foodpanda Global shared.
