- Super Load balance query can be checked by dialing *2266#
- Super Load has prorated charges and free resource volume on daily basis. Super Load should not be deactivated during bill cycle , if deactivated during bill cycle, used minutes above the daily prorated volume i.e. the over utilized minutes from each day shall be charged at the end of bill run as per tariff plan
- If user has free package resources then package free resources utilization will take priority over Super Load resources.
- Super Load can only be subscribed once in a month. Multiple subscriptions are not allowed within 30 Days.
- Super Load will renew every month automatically.
- Super Load can be subscribed in parallel with other voice, SMS or Data buckets however Super Load resources will have high utilization priority
- After consumption of Super Load resources, utilization will be charged as per package plan
