If your name is selected in any of the lucky draws, you will receive a call from our official number; 051-1236. PTCL will not contact winners through any other number. You must possess the device and it should be on your name to receive the prize money. Please contact 0800 8 0800 if you need to update your contact details.
Q. How will I collect the prize?
You will be asked to bring the device and your original CNIC to the respective PTCL regional office, as communicated by PTCL’s correspondent. Your Device should be under your own name, otherwise you will not be eligible for the prize.
Q. How do I get the ownership changed under my name?
To change the ownership of a device, please visit your nearby One Stop Shop with the device & your original CNIC. After getting yourself registered at the OSS desk, you will be required to reactivate your device by calling 0800-00789.
