- Customer will not have to pay any security deposit up front, however his credit limit equivalent to the security deposit amount will be blocked on his credit card
- If the customer wishes to terminate his Zong package, he will be required to clear all his pending dues and his blocked credit limit will be released. If the customer wishes to terminate his Credit Card and continue with his Zong number, he will be required to visit Zong S&SC and pay the security deposit and his pending dues and he will be issued clearance after adjusting all pending liabilities against his credit card. The discount factor will be removed and normal price plan charges will be applicable on the respective package opted
