For Postpaid Customers:
- Other than U50, U250, U550, U1000, U1600, & U5000 Postpay packages, air time will be charged as per the package plan in addition to the IDD charges.
- Taxes on Postaid products will be charged on the billing address according to the provincial taxes imposed by the Government of Pakistan.
For Prepaid Customers:
- Additional charges of 12 paisa’s + tax /call will be charged. (Only for prepaid customers)
- Services provided in Punjab, KPK and Balochistan are subject to their respective provincial sales taxes @ 19.5%.
- Sindh sales tax of 19.5% is applicable, on services provided in Sindh, excluding data.
- Federal Excise Duty (FED) of 17% is applicable on services provided in Islamabad and AJK, excluding data.
- Additional 2.14% will be charged on services provided in Islamabad and AJK.
- Additional 19.5% will be charged on services provided in Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA.
