SSUET Offers Training in Mobile Apps, Cloud Computing & Database | InfoZonePK

Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) has offered training courses in Mobile and Tablets for providing comprehensive knowledge and practical skills of software platforms and hardware technical operations to young professionals of ICT industry.

Microsoft, Apple and Google have unveiled their Mobile platforms: Windows Phone 7, iPhone, and Android. All the major mobile handset makers like Nokia, Apple, Motorola, Samsung, LG, Sony Mobile Communications, Dell and HTC are supporting these technologies.

Another major technology trend is use of tablet and similar touch enabled device for accessing the web and for general purpose computing. Apple with their iPad 2, Google with Android 3.0, and Microsoft with their soon to be released Windows 8 is targeting this market segment.

SSUET as part of Continuing Education Programme (CEP) has designed six months training to be commenced in March. The training will consist of two semesters course work for developers who possessed prior background in object-oriented programming.

Moreover the aspiring participants having o or little background knowledge in programming will be part of the course work after completion of an additional semester.

The university also offered courses in Web and Cloud Software and Database Development for students and professionals aiming to acquire skills in emerging segments of ICT industry.
