Epson announced its entry into the electronic sporting goods market by introducing the world’s smallest GPS running monitor watch. The sport wristwatch has a ultra slim design measuring just 13mm and weights no more than 50 grams. It is equipted with built-in low-power, high accuracy GPS module, and provides runners with accurate performance data on the fly, including distance, pace, and speed, on any course.
Epson’s GPS watch is water resistant up to 5 ars or meters of water, meaning you can use it while showering and even swimming. It can operate for up to 12 hours on a full charge wit GPS tracking on. Epson is planning to release the GPS watch in Japan 2012.
