Samsung has launched the Galaxy Beam an Android 2.3 based phone which testified that projector pones are not died yet.
The Galaxy Beam weight 145 gram, 5MP camera on the back, a frame that’s only 12.5mm thin and the device is powered by 1GHz dual core processor.
Android version 2.3 instead of Ice Cream Sandwich which is not much impressive, with a 4-inches display with 800×480 resolution, and a projector on the top is capable to produce 15 lumen of brightness. This gives 50-inches display on the wall, and this not for indoor use only. you can view it outdoors as well, however we are excited to see how it works in real life. And for the users that want their own content to be projected there is a 5MP camera that can record 720pixel.
The Samsung Galaxy Beam has a 2000mAh battery beneath, 6GB of RAM, 8GB of built in memory and a microSD card slot which supports up to 32GB.
