Zong has launched the state of the art fully multimedia Contact Center in Lahore. The first of its kind in telecom sector of Pakistan, multimedia features rich Contact Center using next generation Cloud Computing Model, the Contact Center has a service capacity of 300 seats fully dedicated to cater for its customers needs.
The company is already operating two contact centers in Islamabad catering various customer segments. This new contact center is expected to employ more than 900 trained agent. Persistent and effective training provided to these agents will help in offering quality services to Zong subscribers.
Zong’s state of the art contact center, which is using cloud computing platform allows contact center functionality to be integrated with cloud-based Customer Relationship Management.
