Silicon Power adds to its line of solid state drives the new Extreme E25 series. The new drive uses SATA II interface and is equipped with DDR2 DRAM cache memory for enhanced reading performance, offering up to 278MB/s read speeds.
The 2.5 inches Extreme E25 SSD comes in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities and features built in ECC error correction and TRIM command support.
