PTA has exposed new broadband quality rules. In this regard PTA already published the comprehensive draft in which enrolled all the details to follow. o all broadband companies have to follow the new guidelines of PTA and provide better experience of service level to customers.
As we know PTA is continuously upgrading the rules for the bitterness of broadband service and new rules are the branch of this objective. In newly written draft depicts the new regulations for broadband service providers to meet the number of parameters to stay in the industry.
So all the players have to maintain minimum limit of bandwidth, availability pf network and download speed which must b 60% of the advertising speed of the service plan. If randomly checked this limit of speed must be experienced at least 70% of time by each broadband service provider respectively.
Now all service providers have to meet up the new regulations of PTA including upload speed, upload/download speed ratio, packet loss and more. The new draft of regulation not only encompasses the operational and technical areas but also focused to improve the customer service areas and outages.
