The Lahore High Court has ordered PTA and blocked to impose the taxing to LDI operators. This case was pending in the court and LDI operators (International Gateway Operators) have filed the petition and claimed that regulators are texing them unnecessary and it is totally unfair while all LDI operators are paying the tax on regular basis.
This case was hiring by justice of High Court of Lahore and after the listening the both parties where PTA was claiming that all imposition of taxations on under the law and counterpart LDI operators were claiming that they are already paying the taxes and new imposition of taxing is totally unfair and violate the PTA rules.
The court stopped the PTA from charge the taxes and is order to reply from the regulator as well as the federal government regarding this matter for further prostitution.
