Ufone has introduced a new service ‘USearch’ that is a mobile utility which allows subscribers to search the web without internet. Now Ufone customers can search their queries on mobile without any hassle because USearch provides the option to search the web without Internet.
To activate this useful service dial *500# for Rs. 0.50 + tax.
How it Works?
- After dialing *500#, a welcome screen appears with message: “Please Enter the Text for Search”
- Reply with a text of 160 characters for just Rs. 0.50 + tax per USSD
- Choose options by pressing 1 for Web Search, 2 for Latest News or 3 for Quotations
- In Web Search choose option 1 for Wikipedia and 2 for Google
- In Latest news choose option 1 for world news, 2 for Pakistan news, 3 for technology news, 4 for sports news and 5 for entertainment news
- In Questions section, there are 9 options to choose from
- Results of the search will appear in the form of a text message of 160 characters, along with the options to search for the same search or to share the data with friend or start a new search
- So go right ahead and start searching! An don’t forgot to tell everyone to benefit from this amazing service

Terms & Conditions:
- Service will be available for both prepaid and postpaid users and users can search and share data several number of times in the same sessions
- User can establish as many sessions in a day as required, this service has no daily/weekly/monthly charges
- Search results will be texted to customers with option to view more details of selected search
