Warid Telecom and TRG Signed an Agreement to Enhance Customer Experience | InfoZonePK

Warid Telecom and The Resource Group (TRG) have signed an agreement whereby TRG will provide a significant set of Call Center services to Warid Telecom’s subscribers base in the country. The company has outsourced its Karachi Call Center operations to TRG. This outsourcing will ultimately translate into great operational efficiencies and better customer experience for Warid subscribers.

While speaking on the occasion Mr. Muneer Farooqui, CEO Warid Telecom said, “We are pleased to partner with TRG, who have the expertise in providing world class customer services. Our objective is to further enhance the customer experience and make it worthwhile.”
