Last day in a Twitter message Interior Minister said that YouTube will be open in next
24 hours. He further said that PTA is in talks to acquire a powerful firewall software to totally block pornographic and blasphemous content available on internet.
His tweets are as below:
After this an Email was sent to all ISPs that is as:
Dear All,
You are requested to immediately un block/restore complete “YouTube” website provisionally till further orders. Please submit compliance through return email by 1700 hours today.

YouTube was blocked in Pakistan on September 17th, 2012 after the publishing on anti-Islamic videos on world’s popular video sharing website.
After the orders YouTube was opening on various ISPs today but after only 2 hours of that order, Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf ordered PTA to block the YouTube again as anti-Islamic videos were still available and can be accessible very easily on the website.
It is said that the order of opening YouTube was in a hurry and without ensuring the complete blockage of blasphemous content available on YouTube.
It shows a drama of opening of YouTube without confirmation and then its blockage within 24 hours. It creates much surprising situation among the people.
Is not a fun to 18 Crore people of Pakistan that due to their internal problems leaders of Pakistani Govt are playing with Pakistani people. Please give your comments about this drama to the nation.
