Zong has launched a new online number booking system by which you can book 
yournumber an can take your number from Zong Franchises or Customer Service Centers.
The new online number booking system has been designed to facilitate new customers after PTA directives that physical SIM cannot be obtained from any retailer. So the new booked Zong number can only be obtained from Zong Franchise or Customer Service Center.
Zong also offers the facility to book your number at Call Center, Customer Service Center, Franchise or Retailer.
Earlier, Zong has introduced new number series of 03111XXXXXX and 03110XXXXXX and customers can get the number of their choice booked out of the above mentioned series at retail.
Customer can make a maximum of five bookings against the same ID. Upon submission of the booking request, a ticket number will be generated. Customer has to keep a record of this number as he or she will be requested to present this along with a copy of CNIC at the time of SIM handover.
