RIM’s app store which was known as BlackBerry App World, earlier was relaunched as BlackBerry World. The new BlackBerry World app store has focused on music and video content.
The changes are a part of the company’s preparations for the upcoming BlackBerry 10 OS launch, which is planned to be happen later this month.
According to RIM, it had more than 15000 BlackBerry app submissions in just two days. The company claims the improved app store is a “one-step shop for all your mobile entertainment needs.”
