Once again PTA has ordered to all telecom operators to stop all the Prize/Inami
Schemes immediately. This is another effort from PTA to order the operators for stopping such schemes as these are against the consumer protection rights.
Earlier in this month Islamabad High Court (ICH) also ordered to all telecom operators to stop prize schemes.
In past PTA also ordered to stop the Prize/Inami Schemes.
PTA said that this time these directions are as per Islamabad High Court order. PTA demanded to submit the compliance report by March 21st, 2013.
