Islamabad April 5, 2013: In line with its strategy to expand its reach and enhance customer service experience, PTCL has inaugurated a revamped One Stop Shop (OSS) in DHA, Lahore. The company is facilitating its customers through its nationwide One Stop Shops, offering a wide-range of PTCL landline and broadband services.
The One Stop Shop (OSS) was inaugurated by Furqan Qureshi, PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Commercial. Naeem Shahbaz, PTCL Executive Vice President (EVP) Business Zone Central; Awais Javid, PTCL General Manager Commercial Lahore; Aqleem Sherwani, PTCL General Manager (GM) HR&A Business Zone Central; Abdul Waheed, PTCL Regional General Manager (RGM) Lahore and along with other senior officials of the company were also present at the occasion.
“At PTCL, we believe in providing superior customer services experience, involving access to a wide-range of tailor-made products and premium services to our valued customers”, commented Awais Javid, PTCL General Manager (GM) Commercial Lahore. “The revamped PTCL customer care centers are designed to better serve our customers by extending our reach and also providing them with information and access to the latest offerings”, he added further.
PTCL One Stop Shops are strategically placed nationwide, which serve and facilitate the company’ s customers by offering one-window operations including billing adjustments and payments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills and many other telecom services all under one roof. The company has recently inaugurated its revamped One Stop Shops in all major cities across Pakistan.
