ADATA launches its enterprise-grade SX1000L series solid state drives designed specifically for server applications. Built using MLC NAND flash memory with enhanced NAND sorting technology and equipped with SandForce SF-2281 controller, the 2.5-inch server SSD is built to deliver high performance and reliability.
The SX1000L uses SATA III 6Gbps interface and offers sequential read speeds up to 560 MB/s and sequential write 340 MB/s, with 73,000 and 45,000 IOPS maximum 4K random read and write performance. It also sports static wear-leveling technology for ling-term dependability. Enhanced power-loss data protection, SMART, over-provisioning adjustment are included. Its long write endurance makes it suitable for read-centric servers such as web and VOD (Video on demand) servers.
