Telenor Pakistan has yet again taken center stage by securing the top employer award across all telecom companies in the country, as per ROZEE.PK’s recent Top Employer Rankings report. Factors including compensation & benefits, brand image, career growth, better work environment and social responsibilities helped ensure Telenor Pakistan retain its legacy of being the top ranking employer in the entire telecom industry of Pakistan for the second consecutive year.
According to the survey, conducted across 253 cities of Pakistan, Telenor Pakistan took up 62% weighted votes to lead as the most preferred employer in the telecommunication industry.

It is pertinent to note that Telenor Pakistan received the ‘Most Preferred Employe’award by ROZEE.PK last year and in 2009 as well. The telecom operator has also been the recipient of the Best Place to Work Award 2010 by Pakistan Society of Human Resources Management (PSHRM) and Engage Human Resources and the PSHRM Preferred Graduate Employer Award for the Most Preferred Telecommunications Company in 2007.
