Aimed at further enriching customer experience following the successful rollout of 3G services, Telenor Pakistan has partnered with mobile payments company Fortumo and leading global publisher of digital & social games Gameloft to introduce direct carrier billing for Telenor Apps and exclusive Gameloft titles respectively to its over 35 million subscribers. The announcement was made during an interactive event wherein attendees participated in a gaming contest and won Nokia X devices and other attractive prizes.

The direct carrier billing initiative has enabled Telenor Pakistan’s customers to make easy online payments over a data connection by charging purchases through their recharge balance and confirming payments with one click on their phone, while in-app purchasing for Telenor Apps (http://apps.telenor.com.pk) is also available. Whereas, the gaming initiative (http://telenor.gameloft.com) will bring most popular franchises like Asphalt®, Real Football, The Amazing Spider-man®, and many more exciting games to Telenor Pakistan’s subscribers from the Gameloft portal. Additionally, Telenor Pakistan’s subscribers will also get access to new content from Gameloft’s wide portfolio of games with an inaugural offer; customers will get 1 Bonus game for each new paid download of super hero games, during the first month.
