Karachi’s top real estate agents have come together under one roof for an Iftaar dinner hosted by leading property portal Lamudi.pk.
About 40 agents broke fast together at the exclusive Sunset Club in Karachi on July 19, with guests treated to a sumptuous buffet in a relaxing open-air setting.
The event was a chance for the agents to share their knowledge of the local property market, as well as some advice for selling and leasing homes in the current climate.
One key message from the evening was the importance of providing high quality images for online property listings on websites like Lamudi. All guests agreed that this increases their chances of selling or leasing a property within a quick time frame.
