Eligibility for Lucky Draws and Prices:
- This is promotional Lucky Draw starting from 1st February, 2015 and ending on 1st March, 2015 subject to the following terms and conditions;
- Participation in Lucky Draw is applicable for PEER TO PEER SUCCESSFUL CALLS MADE BY Talkshawk customers only.
- IVR/Peer to machine calls or calls made on international roaming SHALL NOT be eligible for the promotion and shall NOT ENTER the customer in the Lucky Draw.
- Employees of Telenor Pakistan and their relatives as well as direct stakeholders of
- Telenor Pakistan are not eligible for the Lucky Draw or any prizes
- The SIM of any Lucky Draw winner must be registered in the name of the winner.
- The winner shall sign and submit all necessary documents before a cheque is handed over to the winner.
Lucky Draw Entry Process:
- Customer entries in lucky draw will be based on number of calls made. 1 eligible call will result in 1 entry in lucky draw.
- PEER TO PEER SUCCESSFUL CALLS made from 12.00AM till 11.59PM on any day during the period of the Lucky Draw shall be entered in the DAILY LUCKY DRAW.
- After the Daily Lucky Draw is completed ALL the entries (INCLUDING THOSE OF THE WINNER OF THE DAILY PRIZE) will be shifted to the WEEKLY LUCKY DRAW pot and shall not be eligible for any further Daily Lucky Draw.
- After the Weekly Lucky Draw is completed ALL the entries included in the Weekly Lucky Draw shall expire and shall not be valid for any further lucky draws.
- There is NO LIMIT on the number of PEER TO PEER SUCCESSFUL CALLS a customer makes during the period of the Lucky Draw.
- Customer will be NOT be charged any amount in excess of the customers current subscribed price plan/bundle offer for a call to be entered into the Lucky Draw
DAILY LUCKY DRAW: At the end of each day immediately after MIDNIGHT the computerized intelligent software specially designed to carry out a secure and transparent lucky draw will pick a total of 1 entry randomly representing the lucky draw winner. - WEEKLY LUCKY DRAW: At the end of each week immediately after MIDNIGHT of the completion of the 7th day either from the start of the Lucky Draw Period or from the end of the last 7th day, the computerized intelligent software specially designed to carry out a secure and transparent lucky draw will pick a total of 1 entry randomly representing the lucky draw winner.
Prizes and Winners:
- There will be 1 DAILY LUCKY DRAW PRIZES every day, each being of Rs.500,000.
- There will be 1 WEEKLY LUCKY DRAW PRIZES for each WEEK and each prize being of Rs.1,000,000
- All applicable taxes will be deducted from winning amount prior to prize hand over to customer
- The winners shall be notified by Telenor Customer Care representative through calls made from 347. Winning subscriber will be informed on the same call about the prize handover process.
