PTA has announced a service for Pakistani telecom customers to stop any kind of promotional and unwanted SMS from different telecom companies.
Almost every customer in Pakistan received many unwanted and promotional SMS from telcos with out the permission of the customer. To solve this headache of the customers PTA has started this service.
How to Stop Unwanted SMS?
To disallow unwanted ads/promotional messages by operator, opt to register in “Do Not Call Register” by typing “reg” and sending it to short code “3627”.
