- If the customers want to avail the same incentives again, they can do so by dialing *1313#.
- Only customers of Power pack SIMs can subscribe to these three bundles.
- Out of Bundle rate for Data Rs 1 + Tax /MB will be applicable on these bundles.
- In case of complete resource consumption standard default rates of Economy package will be applicable.
- In case a subscribers consumes all of the resources he/she can recharge and subscribe to other Voice/SMS/Data bundles available on Economy package or use on Default Rate.

8. What will happen if the resources are consumed before the end of the month?
A. During this period if there is balance available, then Voice/SMS/Data services can be used, in case of zero balance recharge will be required to use the services.
9. What will be the charges of data after the Monthly free data has been consumed?
A. If the Free data has been consumed within the validity period , then out of bundle rate will be applicable Rs. 1 per MB. After the bundle validity is over customer will be charged at a default rate of Rs.18/mb, if balance is available.
10. Will the 10paisas+tax call set up charges apply on Free Minutes?
A. Yes the call setup charges will be applied on the free minutes already available in the SIM (Onnet and Offnet).
11. Can I activate more than one Power Pack SIM Bundle
A. Yes the call setup charges will be applied on the free minutes already available in the SIM (Onnet and Offnet). If the customer tries to subscribe a monthly bundle on top of an existing monthly bundle, the previous resources will be overridden. Power pack Bundles can only be subscribed on Power Pack SIMS
