Jazz, Pakistan’s largest telecom service provider has partnered with New York-based Saavn, South Asia’s leading audio entertainment streaming platform, to provide its customers high quality, ad-free music at zero cost.
Subscribers can now use Jazz Free Music Bundle to access Saavn Pro, with its extensive collection of over 30 million songs without any data charges, with the added advantage of the music offline. This will allow subscribers to stream and download music seamlessly, while saving on internet charges.

Q. How do I activate Saavn Pro?
A. On purchase of a Saavn Pro enabled Jazz Free Music plan, watch out for the SMS from Jazz which contains the web activation link – http://saa.vn/jazzpro .
Please ensure that you are on Jazz Mobile network data (and not Wi-fi).
- Purchase any of the eligible Jazz Free Music data packs – Daily, Weekly and Monthly
- Click on the link from the SMS sent by Jazz
- Sign up for a Saavn account or log into existing Saavn account via Email, Phone number or FB
Step 1: Tap on Sign Up or Log In
Step 2: Sign In on Saavn
Step 3: After successfully signing in, you will be asked to validate your phone number on which the pack has been purchased. Tap on Activate Pro.
Step 4: You will be successfully subscribed to Saavn Pro services, valid till your Jazz Free Music data pack expires
You may choose to download Saavn app by tapping on “Get Saavn App” or tap on “I have Saavn App” if you have Saavn on your device
Please Note: Please do not forget to log in to the Saavn app with the same account with which you have activated Saavn Pro in the steps above.

You will be successfully subscribed to Saavn Pro on your account using your Jazz Free Music data pack.
Q. What happened if I already have a Saavn Pro subscription?
A. If you already have a one-time Saavn Pro subscription, the number of Saavn Pro days that you get with your Jazz Free Music subscription will be added to your current balance. In case you have an auto-renewal based subscription with other Saavn Pro vendors such as iTunes, Google Play Store, kindly deactivate the same before trying to activate with Jazz, to avoid dual payment.
Q. How do I use Saavn Pro on more than one device?
A. On activating Saavn Pro through a Jazz Free Music data pack, you will be able to access Saavn Pro on one device only.
In case you wish to use another device for accessing Saavn Pro, you will need to deauthorize your current device. In order to do so, please follow the steps given below:
1. On your current device, open the Saavn app (you should be logged in with the Saavn Pro account)
2. Tap on the settings icon
3. Tap on “Deauthorize Device” from the settings screen
4. A pop-up appears to confirm “Deauthorization”
a. Tap on “Deauthorize” on an iOS device
b. Tap on “Continue” on an Android device
5. Your current device will now be deauthorized.
6. Log out of the Saavn app on this device
7. Open Saavn app on your second device (Close the app first, if it was already open)
8. Log in to Saavn on your second device with the same Saavn Pro account as you used on your first device
9. You should now be able to access Saavn Pro on your second device and download
Q. I ran into an error while activating Saavn Pro on a Jazz Free Music data Bundle. What should I do?
A. Please try to activate again from the error screen.
