As per Zong’s statement their GTO programme specifically caters towards nurturing fresh graduates to become the leaders of tomorrow. This 12 to 18 month Zong GTO programme focusses on hiring fresh talent from Pakistan’s most prestigious universities and equipping them with the right tools to be able to succeed in their careers at Zong. We are looking for individuals who project personal leadership skills, commitment, and passion for learning. Graduates are hired through a selection process which includes interviews, tests, and assessment centers.
