ID92 is calling out to University students nationwide to compete nationally and win Rs. 100,000 through National Business Plan Competition 19’ hosted by Superior Entrepreneurial Expo. This will not only give their startup a boost, but will also help them to expand their entrepreneurial network nationwide.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Founder or co-founder should currently be studying in a university
- The startup may or may not be incubated at university incubator
- The startup should at least have a prototype ready
- Startups with innovative ideas shall be preferred
- Women are highly encouraged to apply
The Process:
Step 1: Call for online applications. Last date to apply is 30th June, 2019.
Step 2: Shortlisting of startups after the applications are closed based on the quality of applications and ideas. Emails shall be sent to shortlisted startups with details of Round 1 and a template for business plan presentation.
Step 3: Round 1 includes 2 days of activity in each province. Day 1 is Business Plan Training that shall be conducted with the shortlisted startups followed by Business Plan Presentation Competition on Day 2 out of which top 3 startups will be selected from each province.
Step 4: 3 finalists from each province after the Business Plan Presentations Competition shall be sent invitations to exhibit their startup at Superior Entrepreneurial Expo. A total of 12 startups shall be accommodated at Expo.
Step 5: Round 2 – The judges shall evaluate the 12 startups at Expo and based on their scoring the winner and runner up shall be announced at the closing ceremony. The winner shall receive Rs. 100,000 and the runners up shall receive Rs. 50,000.
