uHostay Pvt. Ltd. has launched a new website for online vacation rentals that caters to people intending to travel to or within Pakistan.
Called “Ghumo.pk”, the website focuses on bringing unique properties for travelers where they can stay with a local host and enjoy traditional Pakistani hospitality. The company aims to cater to all segments of travelers – while paying special attention to affordability and comfort.
The website has made it very simple and easy for any Pakistani to start a vacation rental business and become an entrepreneur by listing their home or idle properties at Ghumo. According to Aun Ahmed Memon, the Chief Visionary and Co-founder of Ghumo.pk, “Ghumo was conceived with the realization that our traditional hotel industry lags behind across all benchmarks while charging exuberant costs”.
“The Ghumo Mezban program serves a dual purpose of enabling financial freedom for thousands of Pakistanis by becoming the ‘mezbans’ of their guests, while also helping provide an amazing experience to travelers by staying with our local mezbaans”.
Ghumo.pk is charging the industry’s lowest commission rates at 3%. The company is also working closely with an insurance partner to ensure that the properties of all its partner Mezbans are protected.
