Ufone started Anti Fraud awareness through TVC, on its official website, various newspaper and through SMS as well to save the customers from fraud during the different prizes schemes.

Ufone official website reads, “Ufone would like to bring to your attention that amidst all the offers and schemes through which you can win a prize; some fraudulent individual indulge in activities that may cause financial or other harm. We urge you to ensure all of the following when you receive a call about wining a prize:

• Call is received only from 333
• No unimportant information is asked
• No balance, load or cash is asked in return of the prize won
• Call back on 333 to confirm the news of winning

Ufone’s TVC is the first of its kind among all the cellular companies that described not only Ufone but also other networks in the country.
