Mobilink, along with Pepsi has launched a new vending machine project that allows Mobilink users to retrieve their desired drink from the machine with the help of their cellular phones. This innovative service has been initiated to provide Mobilink users with the luxury of enjoying a beverage without carrying a wallet anywhere & anytime.
How To Use This Service?
Send a Blank SMS to the following short codes for your desired drink:

- The user will get a 7 digit PIN code through SMS
- The user will press * , then enter the PIN code

Charges:
Prepaid & Postpaid charges are the same and are inclusive of taxes. The amount will be deducted the moment the user sends a blank SMS on the short code according to the following

Note:
- A user cannot vend more than 5 drinks in a day
- All complaints/Queries will be entertained by the Pepsi vending machine helpline: 051-2256166
- Machine will not dispense the drink if it is switched off or if the keyboard is not responding
- Do not press the vending selection button if red light is on. It means that the product is out of stock

Q2. Do I need a special SIM or phone to subscribe to this service?
No. You do not need any special SIM or phone use this Service. This service can work on any standard mobile or smart phone.
Q3. How can I use this service?
You can easily use this service by sending a blank SMS to the appropriate short code for your desired drink as mentioned in the table on the main page. You will receive a 7 digit PIN code which you can enter into the vending machine. Upon verification of the code, the machine will supply your desired drink
Q4. Who can use this service?
All Mobilink Prepaid and Postpaid customers can use this service.
Q5. Can users of other network use this vending machine?
Yes they can. They have to buy a Pepsi vending machine scratch card from the nearest location, send the scratch card number to 8021. They will receive a pin code. They will enter pin code into the machine and vend their desired drink
Q6. How many drinks can I vend in a day?
You can vend maximum 5 drinks in a day.
Q7. How will I know my limit has exceeded?
You will be intimated after your 5th PIN code request that you have reached your limit.
Q8. What do I do if I do not receive any PIN code and balance is deducted from my account?

Q9. What if I do not use my PIN code immediately, how long is the validity?
You PIN code will be valid for one year
Q10. Are there any hidden charges?
You will be charged price of the product only with no additional charges.
